Normal wear
Minor wear consistent with responsible use is expected.
Damage beyond normal wear
Examples may include permanent staining, burns, tears, broken hardware, missing buttons, unauthorized tailoring, major leather damage, water damage, or excessive odor requiring specialty treatment.
Existing condition
OM Thrift Rentals documents the condition of each piece before rental. Product-specific existing wear should be shown on the product page or condition record.
Lost, stolen, or unreturned items
A customer may be responsible for the agreed replacement value disclosed before checkout under the finalized rental agreement.
Assessment
Any charge process, evidence standard, notice period, dispute process, and payment authorization must be finalized operationally and reviewed before launch. No amount is assumed by this template.
