Rental Agreement

Draft status

This policy is a customer-friendly operational draft. It must be finalized for OM Thrift Rentals' actual processes and reviewed by qualified counsel before rental checkout is launched.

Rental period

Your confirmed reservation will show the rental start date, return date, and selected duration. A date request is not a reservation until OM Thrift Rentals confirms it.

Customer responsibility

Please use the piece responsibly and return it in the condition received, allowing for normal wear. The customer is responsible for following the care, pickup, delivery, and return instructions disclosed for the reservation.

Product condition

Each piece is inspected and its condition documented before rental. Review the product page and raise any condition concern promptly after receiving the item.

Late returns

The grace period, daily late fee, maximum late fee, unreturned threshold, and any replacement-value trigger are not yet configured. They must be disclosed before checkout once finalized.

Damage

Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal wear may include permanent stains, burns, tears, broken hardware, missing buttons, unauthorized tailoring, major leather damage, water damage, or excessive odor requiring specialty treatment.

Loss or theft

For a lost, stolen, or unreturned piece, the customer may be responsible for the agreed replacement value disclosed before checkout, subject to the finalized agreement.

Replacement value

Replacement value is product-specific. It must be shown or otherwise clearly disclosed before the customer accepts the rental agreement.

Unauthorized alterations

Do not tailor, hem, dye, permanently attach anything to, remove labels from, or otherwise alter a rental garment.

Cleaning

Routine cleaning between rentals is handled by OM Thrift Rentals unless the product page states otherwise. Do not machine wash or dry clean a rental piece unless OM Thrift Rentals gives written instructions.

Return requirements

Return the complete item, including any disclosed accessories, by the confirmed due date using the approved return method.

Pickup and delivery

Local pickup is available. Select Miami delivery options may be enabled based on location. The confirmed reservation will state the actual handoff and return method.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and any non-refundable amount are not yet configured and must be finalized before rental checkout opens.

Identification requirements

Any identification requirement must be disclosed before checkout after OM Thrift Rentals selects a compliant verification process.

Payment authorization

No security hold or card authorization should be assumed. If enabled, its amount, timing, release conditions, and purpose must be disclosed before checkout.

Purchase after rental

Some pieces may be purchase eligible. Rental credit applies only when the specific product is marked eligible and the confirmed terms state the amount of credit.
